“I went to The Longest Yard for carpeting after reading all the positive reviews. I am the worst decision-maker ever and went in feeling stressed and confused about choosing color and/or pattern. But Jeanette was so friendly and helpful; making great suggestions and ordering many, many carpet samples so I would be happy with my final choice. I was in and out of the shop multiple times over the course of a month as I kept changing my mind. It was always a pleasure and Jeanette continued to be so patient, ordering many additional samples as I honed my selection. I finally ordered a beautiful Berber (the one style I had decided against because I assumed it would feel rough) after Jeanette suggested it. An installation date was then put on the books, Robert came in to measure, and the carpet was installed beautifully. I am incredibly happy with the experience and have already recommended them.”

She even ordered samples that we could use to decide on the exact color. She was diligent in placing our order and scheduling delivery in a few weeks.
