“I had a wonderful experience with The Flooring Market! We were looking to replace our carpeted stairs and upstairs hall with engineered hardwood that matched the existing downstairs - an extremely hard task given the age of the flooring and no knowledge of the manufacturer or where the previous homeowners had purchased it. I received quotes and options from 10+ companies and Ibrahem was the most responsive, easy to work with, and knowledgeable person! The Flooring Market’s options are extensive and they had a near perfect match to my existing floor - something other companies didn’t even come close to. Moe came out to measure the space the next day and provided a very quick quote. The quote was extremely competitive and very reasonable compared to others that I had received. Moe kept me updated throughout the process as the wood was ordered and the install was scheduled. He is extremely responsive and friendly. I really enjoyed working with him! Alex installed the floor and did a great job. He replaced a section of sub floor per my request, and also leveled out the bottom step with the molding. Ibrahem helped to insure that the stair noses were the perfect match to the rest of the wood, which I really appreciated. My floors were not level when they started (old pier and beam home) and they were able to level it before putting in the new wood flooring; its hard to tell you're walking on the same foundation. “We looked online at several local options for flooring and were impressed by what we read online. A visit to their premises, where we met Ibrahem and Amin, confirmed our initial impression - very professional, knowledgeable - willing to listen to what we felt our needs were - and very competent and patient in guiding us through the various options and then the installation processes and timelines. Ibrahem came out to measure and brought out samples of the selected options - the crews who came into to do wood flooring, carpeting and then porcelain tile were extremely professional, courteous and very tidy.
