They gave us the best price for LVP in our small foyer and upstairs bedroom. Confirmed with Ali on Friday that we were going with them for our project...By Monday evening the job was complete! We had a few snags with the install, Ali addressed our concerns. We are happy customers!! Will call soon to get a price for our kitchen floor.”

“I had been shopping for floors for about 1 1/2 years but the whole process caused me a ton of anxiety and confusion. I finally made the decision to buy here because Ali made me feel confident the business actually CARED about the satisfaction of their customers, and respected the fact that I am extremely picky about installation and details. I purchased both carpet and plank. The carpet installers were AWESOME, the basement had to have a seam and I can't even tell where it is, the steps are beautiful! The end result was BOTH products transformed the rooms beyond my expectations and were flooring that they recommended for my needs and budget, not what I picked myself! “Update:From unhappy customer to very satisfied customer the flooring company contact me about my problem I will definitely gave them 5 stars for customer service new installation team contact me setup time and came out ,fixed all the trim very fast he even caulk the whole trim Also the company bring present for inconvenience . definitely will recommended this company because every customer is important also I never had problem with the floor material We hired the flooring company I believe it was 4 to 5 months ago and I don’t like the installation ,I have a problem with the trim as soon as the installation team left the trim fall off I contact them they come after 2 days and fixed it and now after a couple months I have the same problem I won’t even go and bother to contact them again because the whole installation it’s done by unprofessional team I don’t have time to go through moving the furniture and clean after them to fix one part at the time they have the one year warranty because they know what kind of installation team they have very disappointing”

“I went with The Flooring Company for carpet in the bedrooms and hallway about 4 months ago, and I couldnt be happier! They installed vinyl floors in my living / dining room and kitchen yesterday. The saleman brought a bunch of samples Thursday and gave me the best options to meet my budget. Installers came Saturday and dod a great job! Im sure going to go with this company for my basement floors next ! Thank you The Flooring Company!!”

Initially when I called in to this company , I told them what I was looking for my budget etc and the owner was able to really tailor my experience and provide me with high quality service! Lisa the salesman/ office representative is nothing short of amazing she answers all your questions and you can feel her smile / gratitude through the phone. Lastly , I didn’t have to hunt this company down they confirmed with me the day before my appointment gave me a appointment window and was on time. The workers was amazing they completed the job within 4 hours with no breaks and was very Prompt pleasant and asked questions to ensure I was satisfied.
