“The Floor 4 U recently redid all the flooring in our basement after our basement flooded. We did LVP in part of the basement and carpet in the rest. They did a fantastic job. It looks beautiful. They were knowledgeable and courteous, kept the job tidy. They were thorough and clear on how maintenance would work. We will use them again for other parts of the house at some time.”

“Excellent Service and Fantastic Product.. I was having new LVP installed and found out at the 11th hour that the flooring company had not made plans to replace the inset floor vent I had between my kitchen island and sink. They recommended The Floor 4U as they had installed their products before. Since it was now less than a week before Christmas (12/19) and my floors were going in the week after, I didnt have much confidence. I was also on vacation with my famly so I was running around all day. I submitted a request through the website thinking it would be a long shot. Boy, was I wrong. I received a call almost immediately from Micah Puentes who patiently listened to my predicament. He was able to send over pricing within an hour as well as confirm with the warehouse the vent could be shipped out in time for me. He foloowed up with a few emails about shipping confirmation also. I recieved the vent when I got home on 12/23. Amazing. I immedaitely reached out again for pricing for my remaining 7 vents. Micah responded quickly and said he could get numbers, which he sent on Christmas Eve while letting me know the earliest he could order them would be Monday. Fast forward to 12/28. The vent was installed and it looks seamless. If I could attch a picture of the vent I would. It matches my Provenza LVP perfectly. My only regret was not having time to order the remaining vents. I shouldve delayed my install but was excited to get the floors done while off work. Although this was a small purchase, I have to highly recommend, The Floor 4U and Micah Fuentes. He went above and beyond on a crazy week. A week when most people have "checked out". As a contractor it is awesome to appreciate great Customer Service. Thank again..”
