In this case, my project did not go as planned. When jobs go as planned… Of course no worries. It’s when jobs go south is the real test of Leadership, Process and above all follow through on commitments. The Tile Company (in Particular Rob Grike) The owner Really came through and demonstrated how a well managed firm deals with challenges I was mistaken in my earlier post that Ownership had changed. This was not the case. Rob Grike is still at the helm and has the highest business skills to run this company. Sorry for the employees, and any staff who I may have made uncomfortable. I made a rash assumption based on inaccurate information. For my Flooring needs, I will stay with The Carpet Company moving forward. They showed true leadership in a tough situation.”

“We used the Carpet Company through Costco to install all new LVP and carpet in our house. From start to finish, they were amazing. Eric came several times to help pick out the materials and explain the whole process. The guys came for the LVP and finished early. The carpet guys came on time and finished on time. Both sets of workers cleaned up their areas and put things back as they found them. Easy to work with. Very satisfied with our new floors and carpet. Would highly recommend this company.”
