I can say without hesitation that Tony Garcia is THE BEST of the best, Tony is honest, organized, talented, hardworking, and simply the nicest person I’ve encountered in my years of arranging for service professionals to help my clients. He has helped me with a multitude of of carpet installations. Many of these installations involved very expensive materials and complicated layouts. “Let me start off by saying a quick word about integrity! So often as a consumer you are left at the mercy of those providing a service when it comes to the workmanship and care they provide. Tony Garcia holds himself to a standard of professionalism and precision I have never before dealt with from a home improvement service. He is a perfectionist! If the job is not fully to your satisfaction you can bet your life that it is not to his either. Tony is a true gentleman and I am truly grateful for the time and initiative he took to make our project perfect. He is the definition of integrity! As for the work! Our family could not be more pleased with the result of our install. We live in a 100 yr old bungalow that needed to have the basement fully re-carpeted as well as a bedroom and laundry closet updated with vinyl flooring. His quote was honest and extremely fair. He offered us ample time to make decisions about the perfect carpet while providing us with multiple samples and advice. His installers, Kenny and Derek, were hard working and good natured and willing to answer any questions we had during the process. When Tony was able to visit the site and go over the workmanship, he had the same complaints as we did about a couple of areas needing modification. At this point all of the flooring and carpet had been laid. He had Kenny and Derek remove full sections and level specific areas of our wildly uneven floors, which had never been leveled correctly before, to achieve the standard he himself would want! I can't say enough about how easy and willing he was to address our concerns without push back or argument. A true professional! The extra time and effort turned our project into outstanding as compared to really good. When I walk into our basement I just smile! I will recommend TGI Flooring to everyone I know needing any flooring service! I hope you read this review and understand that this kind of customer care rarely exists in the world.
