“Absolutely Excellent! I had a great experience with Texas Designer Flooring. I was having tile flooring installed. The purchase went smoothly. But when they tried to install the tiles, it turns out that there was some manufacturing problem and the tiles couldn't be installed in a level manner. The installers communicated the problem right away and I contacted the store. They organized for a second batch of tiles. The installers had laid in three rows of it before they found out that the same problem was occurring. This happened on a Friday. They immediately halted the installation process. They had tried two different batches and it didn't work. After I informed them of the recurring issue, on Monday they had a selection of different flooring samples for me. The salesman I had dealt with previously met me at store with the samples and I i picked out a different kind. This one was more expensive, but they didn't charge me extra for the upgrade, which I really appreciated. The flaw wasn't their fault, but they still took responsibility. The floor itself was beautifully installed. The installers were professional and efficient and the salesman, Ben, was absolutely excellent. It was just wonderful service throughout.”
