“TCT put the most beautiful floors in my home. We have several elderly pups we have taken in and carpet was just not going to cut it! TCT came out and put my floors in with no questions asked. (Even fixed the parts I thought I could do on my own🤣) they took great care with my furniture, and even loved on my pups a bit! All in all really great company with really great people working for them!”

“Travis and his team were awesome! Shortly after I requested a quote for bathroom updates, Travis came out to our new-to-us home and gave me detailed info on what he could do. His price was exactly what we’d hoped for, so we hired him. Work started early the next week. A three day job quickly escalated, though, when the team found lots of water damage. They didn’t skip and beat and fixed it for me for a very reasonable price. The team spent lots of time at our home until it was right. Now we get to move in with brand new bathrooms with no more leaks, but a lot more comfort and style!”

“Travis was great with measuring and while I was in the showroom to pick out the carpet. He was able to accommodate my needed install date, and the carpet price was in line with what I thought it would be. The issue was with the installers. I love my new carpet, but I can’t completely recommend the installers. They put numerous scratches in the paint on doors and woodwork, I watched one of the installers put his foot on the wall to brace himself, and they threw (or dropped) a roll of carpet down the stairs and it smacked into the wall. I guess my saying we just got new paint and to please try to be careful didn’t matter. Then they told me they were done and started to leave when I noticed they didn’t even carpet the top step on my staircase. I called them back in, they carpeted it, and I found out later they took shortcuts on carpeting it. So, I had to have my painter back out to fix what they messed up, and my brand new carpet is already pieced together. Travis did come out to fix the carpeting on the step, but that added another ripping up and relaying/piecing of the new carpet. A couple of weeks later, I found a bubble in the carpet. Travis came out immediately to fix it, which I appreciate. If you are able to lay the carpet yourself or have someone do it for you, I’d absolutely recommend the business. I’m not sure if they use different installers for different types of flooring, and I’m hopeful that my experience with the carpet installation is a rarity.”
