“Our experience with floor masters was great! Our house was built in the 80s and hadn’t had any major renovations since it was originally built (with the exception of cheap carpet put it the common areas, lament floor put in the bedrooms, and tile put in over 11 years ago) We had new bigger cabinets put in our kitchen as well as new granite counter tops and new SPC floor put in the hallway, living room, dining room, and kitchen and it all looks great! Will definitely look to use them again in the future for any new work we need done like the bathrooms! Highly recommend floor masters to anyone who needs any kind of renovations done in their home. Trust me when I say they may be called “floor masters” however they can do practically any type of renovations in your home with A+ quality.”

“We recently purchased a home with which we had planned a significant amount of renovations, which included new flooring through the house, installing an island, and replacing kitchen and bathroom countertops. We communicated with and received quotes from dozens of potential vendors, including online, local and national companies, various contractors, wholesale providers, etc. We ultimately chose Floor Masters after an exhaustive process, and they 100% delivered on that research and investment. They installed hardwood floors throughout the house and did a phenomenal job, which included a couple of custom styles in different places (one of which we communicated the day before and was nonetheless implemented perfectly and without a hitch). We walked through the entire house after the installation of the flooring and didn't find a single place that needed correction/fixing/modification. They worked with us on our timing and finished the entire project on a tight timeframe, and did so at a price point that was on point with the best deal we had found elsewhere. The installation of the waterfall countertop on the island and the countertops in the other rooms went remarkably quickly (within four business days of our order, the process was completed, even though we were advised to expect the process to take five to seven business days) and they did so at a price point that was significantly better than any other single vendor we queried. The end result is perfect - the edges of the countertops were exactly as we had requested, the material is beautiful, and the sink/faucet carveouts were precise and created no issues for our plumbing installations. The communication with Eddie was flawless - he called or texted me at every step of the process to update me on where we were or to communicate any potential issues, and the pricing and process were transparent from the start. I never felt like I was being upcharged or oversold, and I sincerely appreciated that he worked with us in terms of identifying areas where we could cost save as well as honestly compare his prices and products with other providers. It's extremely difficult when sifting through the renovation process to find a company that provides both excellent in quality and value prices, but we're extremely happy in both aspects regarding the flooring and countertop work from Floor Masters. Eddie is a sincerely trustworthy person well worth consulting with on any home renovation projects. TL;DR: If doing any floor or countertop renovations, go with Floor Masters. Great work, great prices, and trustworthy people, top to bottom.”
