“We had water damage on our hard wood floors and called several different flooring companies for estimates. We decided to go with Superior Wood Floors because they made the process easy. From providing estimates for our insurance company to arranging for movers everything was turnkey. They provided us with a schedule of what and when to expect it and followed through on what they promised. After the floors were complete they brought in painters and a cleaning crew to restore everything to how it was before and best of all the new floors look great! Ann Marie and Catherine provided exceptional customer service and we are very happy with our floors and recommend using Superior Wood Floors.”

“We hired Superior Wood Floors to refinish pre-existing wood floors and finish newly installed wood floors so that they all matched. I can't even begin to tell you how happy we are with the results. Everything from scheduling to the final walk through was wonderful. On the first day Aaron and his crew came in and put down stain colors until we found one we were happy with. By the end of the first day, they had finished the hand scraping, the staining and one coat of finish. They were completed the next day. We were completely prepared to have a mess to clean up afterward but because of their dust containment system, we had very little mess to clean up and were ready to move right in as soon as the floors were ready. Over the years we have dealt with four other flooring companies and I can tell you that Superior Wood Floors was by far, the most knowledgeable, the most affordable and the most easy to work with out of all of them. I highly recommend them for any flooring needs.”
