“Marvelous Service: First, let me say that I did a LOT of research to make sure that we got our flooring done just right. It was the only really big update we needed to do to our house when we purchased it. We wanted to stain the wood floors that are throughout the house a dark, chocolate brown shade. The house has a ton of stairs that required solid, custom work with a strong attention to detail. The challenge with the wood in the house was that it was maple. In addition to looking like a basketball court, it was hard to sand it down evenly due to the light color. You don't want to sand it down too much but, if it's not even, the stain doesn't take uniformly. R.T. knew and explained all of this so that we understood the scope of the job. He also helped make recommendations about how to paint everything to meet our desired aesthetic. I spoke to several different flooring companies for estimates before deciding to work with R.T.. I chose him because his pricing was the fairest for the highest quality of work without feeling like I was being gauged. He also refused to leave choosing a color to chance and made sure both my wife and I saw samples, on our own floor, to choose exactly what we wanted. He and his team did a great job, particularly given a tight time schedule. There were touch-ups needed but they were definitely our doing. We moved in to our home much too quickly, promptly leaving marks all over our new floors with boxes. Several months later when we asked R.T. to come help touch things up, he insisted on redoing everything and would not take a dime. I mention all of this not so someone can take advantage of that behavior, but because it was the amazing customer service that made using R.T. and Sunshine Floors a great experience and why I would recommend him to anyone. He stands by his work and has the pride of ownership you want in a contractor. Thank you R.T. and the crew.”

“The people at Sunshine Floors put the customer first. They have a lot of knowledge and will work with you to get your job done right the first time. R.T. came to give the estimate which was quick, but clearly he knows what he's talking about. Their price estimate was much more competitive than the 4 other quotes that I got for refinishing of the floors. The floors did require some extra work, but even then, the original time estimate was 6 days, but ended up being done in 3. R.T. had his team working at a very efficient rate.
