“We shopped around to several flooring companies in the Saratoga Springs area and Summit Flooring was the best experience. Others we visited came out and did measurements and never gave us a quote. Or while presenting the quote would answer personal phone calls and ignore us for minutes on end. BUT, not at Summit. Wyatt was personable, friendly, attentive and really helped us figure out what we wanted and what flooring would coordinate. He was fast in providing the proposal and worked with us to find a solution that fit our budget. Financing through them was super easy as well. Communication was great. Rarely did we feel like we didn't know what to expect or what was going on. We had carpet and vinyl plank installed. The vinyl plank crew was amazing! The greeted us, told us what to expect, double checked what was to be installed and where and they were super fast! The carpet crew was pretty good. We didn't know what was going on all the time. I spoke spanish so I was able to communicate with them and find out what their plan was. And in the end the carpet install looked great. All in all my wife and I are extremely happy. Our whole home got new flooring and it looks like a brand new house. Highly recommend working with Wyatt and the Summit Flooring team.”
