“This is local service with tons of experience! Do NOT shop the big box stores without visiting Strand's. You'll be amazed at their selection, the prices are more than competitive.... They are better! I also have to mention that they go above and beyond to help. When I visited looking for a carpet remnant after our town suffered destruction from a devastating tornado, I mentioned what I was doing and how little I had to spend after being closed for six weeks fixing damage. Strand's stepped up (I was not asking for charity or pleading for any kind of help) and offered a remnant to me for a major sale discount. I bought it on the spot. Got it installed and it is stunning in the store. Bottom line, these folks don't see you as just a person through the door that they can pump for a sale. This is personal, small town service in a big town and a huge, complete carpet, flooring, and paint store.”
