“Met Terri at the SBA Home Show. From there, a person came out to measure and answer questions. He was much more pleasant and knowledgeable than the person sent by another local carpet company. Then the installers came. They were all very pleasant and professional. I was blown away by how fast they could do an entire walkout basement home (half the upstairs is tile/hardwood). Then Terri called to follow up the week after installation to make sure we were happy. Such a nice touch. In the end the price was about 8% less expensive than similar quotes, but the carpet selections were actually better and higher quality (heavier weight #2) at Stoneridge Carpets. So it ended up being a win-win for us. Next time there is no doubt where we are going to install new or to replace carpet.”
