“We had water damage in two places in the house from ice dams on the roof. the water backed up under the shingles and came through the walls and the ceiling. Brandon and his team came into the house, assessed the damage , determined where we had moisture in the walls. They got approval from our insurance carrier to continue the water mitigation. They had to tear open the walls at those points, remove the wet insulation and wet drywall, etc. They explained the process to me every step of the way. Answered all my questions even the pesty ones. We had their dryers in the living room and the family room for 4 days. Then we had some problems with the insurance company wanting to pay for all the damage. They were saying that some of it was not recent. Stanley Steemer offered to provide us with their photos and the reports that they had written up on the damage. The outcome was that the due to Stanley Steemer’s thorough reporting and photos, the insurance company was convinced that what we were saying was damaged this winter was truly recent damage and they paid for the repairs to both areas. I can’t say enough good comments about Brandon and his team. If we need carpets cleaned , stain removal , or whatever they do , we will be calling them back.
