“We recently hired Brothers Flooring to do a total floor replacement throughout our entire home. We were met by Kyla as soon as we entered the Spokane store and she worked through every detail of our purchase, including showing us several different types flooring that were available for our project. Andy came out within a few days after we had chosen the flooring to measure our home for each application. Throughout the entire process, Kyla was available to "check in" and see how everything was progressing. During the installation, Kyla was available by phone as well to answer questions that had arisen. She wasted no time in coming out to remedy the situation. “Kudos to the gang at Brothers Flooring. When we walked in the door to look over the types of flooring available we were greeted with friendly and amazing staff. Kyla was phenomenal helping us choose the correct solid hardwood flooring to meet our needs. Andy was so kind and courteous when he came to our home to take our floor measurements. Next we met Jake and Walter who delivered our flooring with speed and efficiency. Last but not least, the installers, Bill and Derek, arrived with their superb expertise. “This is my story on why I believe Brother's Flooring is the right choice for any of your flooring needs. My husband and I are remodeling our kitchen and dining room. We were shopping around for flooring. We visited a lot of different flooring stores and were getting a bit overwhelmed. Then we stopped into Brother's Flooring (Spokane location) and met Meghan. She was super nice and helpful. We explained our needs and pricing and she helped us find a floor we like and had us take a sample home. We checked around for some more and found another type of flooring at Great Floors we liked better at a better price point. (I know you are saying to yourself, I thought this review was for Brother's Flooring and now she is saying Great Floors had a better deal? Please bear with me here.) So we went back to Meghan at Brother's because her customer service was great and we wanted to see if the flooring we found at G.F. was available through Brother's Flooring. I explained how we liked the other one and how it fit into our budget much better than the original floors we had looked at. She told us that they used to carry that line but had so many issues with it and the manufacturer was not standing behind their product so they stopped carrying it. Then she said she really wanted to help us and get a floor that would be within our budget and give us the quality and longevity we were looking for. She showed us another type of flooring and worked on pricing. We wanted to make sure that she wasn't just playing with numbers so we took the estimate back to Great Floors. Great Floors was unable to match the quote from Meghan at Brother's. That is when we knew Meghan was truly trying to earn our business and cared about us and the flooring we chose. They are really honest and care about their customers and treat their customers like family. Also if you are able to request an installer, we recommend Frank. He was kind, courteous, and kept things neat and organized while installing the floor. Thanks Brother's Flooring for a great experience from start to finish!”
