“I initially worked with Kevin on replacing and adding new flooring to a major renovation/remodel. I purchased the product but because our project was delayed for a year, Kevin agreed to store it for no additional charge. I don’t believe any other supplier would have offered that—illustrating his amazing care and customer service. When we were ready, he quickly queued up the installers to meet a tight schedule. The installers were considerate and expert in their technique. Kevin also provided pricing in refinishing stairs and value engineered each step so that I could eventually determine what made the most sense in our design and budget. Additionally, whenever I called with a question or concern he was available to respond to my inquiries. In short, I can’t imagine why anyone would look elsewhere for their flooring needs.
