It is so refreshing to see a family business take so much pride in their work and product all while maintaining impressive pricing for the consumer. From the beginning of the process, the owners, Keith and Margaret, came to my house themselves to measure and quote my home on a Friday evening since that was the only time that worked for me. They explained the process to me and what product would be best for my needs (I have large dogs) all while making sure I would adhere to my budget. I really appreciate a “straight shooter”...someone who won’t sugar coat things and uses their 30 years in experience to tell me what was best regardless of what I thought I knew. The next day, Keith walked my husband and I through his show room and let us pick the samples we were drawn to, as well as recommending one of his own. We took them home, and to our surprise his choice was perfect! Within a week, his crew had my old beat up floors out, new floors in, sanded and stained.
