I was happy with Harold's accurate measurements and answering my questions about why a certain flooring goes the way it does. You can tell he's been doing this a long time! Installation each time was on time when they said it would be, and the installers cleaned up after themselves.”

“These folks installed a fabulous wood floor for us 3 years ago! It looks and feels beautiful. This year we had a flood in our home and insurance gave us a contractor to install a very similar floor. Let me say the second installer (Not Smiths) did a terrible install. We called Harold for a professional opinion which completely supported our initial thoughts. We are now having to tear out after flood install and re install. I wish we could have Smiths do it this time around! They are professional and awesome!”
