“My new flooring is absolutely gorgeous! Olga has impeccable taste & she helped me select a stunning product/color. She was accessible throughout my project, and she went the extra mile to get my flooring in ASAP - which was no small task. Olga came highly recommended by a friend, and I understand why. And, Hector, who lead my install, was phenomenal - so was his amazing team. Hector really went above & beyond and paid attention to all the details - it’s obvious he takes true pride in his craft. I also am extremely appreciative of how neat & clean & kindly thoughtful Hector & his team were in my home. Installation is necessarily a bit of a messy process but this team was on top of it. “Pleasure to work with Olga and Randy. New by a week to Naples and did not know where to go. Stumbled on Smart Floors in a plaza and went in. Met Olga and we liked the LVP she showed us and asked for a measurement and price. After that we looked up Smart Floors reviews and all were 5*s. I actually looked for a complaint but could not find one. Work was done on time and as promised. Now waiting for a quote from Olga for tile on the lanai and a tile backsplash”
