“Sanding was completely dust free and completed by hand in the corners. The three coat finish is perfect. It was done with as little disruption to our life as possible. We were able to get to the bedroom each night. Several days later a Schmidt manager visited to verify our satisfaction.”

“I got my floor stripped, refinished, and buffed trying to remove the dog nail marks. Schmidt came on time, did the job extremely fast, and locked up prior to leaving. They left detailed instructions on the front door for me, and did a great job. Totally worth the money and I'd definitely recommend them.”

“I could not be happier with my floors. They actually exceeded my expectations. I choose Sedona Red and wow they look amazing. They did have some excess stain on the toe boards but, they haven't fully completed the job yet. I am sure it will be perfect when they are done. The installers were very friendly and accommodating. I did not worry about them in my home alone at all.”

“Mike and Andrew were awesome
They put in new wood floors in one room and refinished the other over 3 hot days... Hard hard work but those guys were great, the one room in particular is totally transformedPhil and Lydia in fort collins”
