“Our experience with Sanford Carpet was exceptional! We were very upset over the flood in our home. Barbara and Ira and the staff treated us like family and helped calm my nerves. They were efficient, organized, and honest in their dealings with us. The time it took to repair our home was exceptional. We obtained quotes from other companies but we always felt like we were getting ripped off somehow but not with Sanford Carpet. We were only given so much money to work with but Barbara worked with what we had. We would definitely use them again for any future work. They emphatically encouraged us to take our time and try many samples in our home, thus making us happy and comfortable with our choice. And the ICING ON THE CAKE, the owner (Ira) installs all of the carpets! He's followed his fathers tradition and has been in business for 40+ years! Obviously, we hired them! Ira and John were absolutely the BEST! Professional, meticulous, extremely gentle with our furniture, clean, and the job could not have gone any smoother.
