“We had a great experience with the people in the store when purchasing our flooring, however there were issues with the carpet once it was installed, Mike our sales man was a pleasure to deal with, he went above and beyond to get the issue sorted out for us. Best customer service I have experienced in a long time. Paul, the installer is very professional and did an amazing job. We will definitely be going back to Sacwal for any future flooring needs.”

“We selected an LVT from a store in St Thomas where we live but unfortunately it had been discontinued by the mfr. After searching for a few weekends for something else we could agree on found through an online search that Sacwal carried the same line that we really wanted. Based on the positive reviews online we gambled that Erin could help us out and she did, finding some of the discontinued pattern (that we were told didn't exist) through her distributor and helping us with grout selection etc. Kevin did a great job on the install and we are very pleased with how the floors in our upstairs hallway & bath came out. 1000000 thanks.”

“Couldn't be more pleased with the service I received at Sacwal Flooring. My husband and I went in looking for carpet for our newly finished basement. We were assisted by Erin and she was extremely pleasant to deal with. She was very polite, patient and provided us with all the information we needed to choose a carpet. She also provided us with some small carpet samples to take home to help us visual what the carpet would look like.
