“I cannot say enough about how great everyone here has been. I first was in contact with Rebecca, her knowledge & expertise in helping us is remarkable. We did a new runner for our renovated staircase and area rugs also. Terry came out to install and it was perfection. The padding they use is remarkable and the cushion you feel walking up the stairs is wonderful. We are beyond grateful and happy for all that they have done. “I had such a pleasant experience with Russell Martin Carpet. They have a large selection to choose from and everyone was so kind. Rebecca came out for my initial consultation to measure. She helped with selecting samples to test out at home. And after multiple trips to the store because of my indecisiveness, I found a new stair runner carpet!
