“Both Mark and Kurt were h very professional. Kurt/Mark explained exactly what they would be doing after I showed him all that needed to cleaned. They also explained how to clean up after dog accidents. I have one request, whoever you send to bring the carpets back, please stress yo them that they can’t press the carpet up against the bookcase in the living room. I never called last time, I probably should have. Thank you for your flexibility in scheduling.”
