“We decided to replace the flooring on the first floor of our home but couldn’t find anything we liked in Lowes or Home Depot. We called Room Flip on a Saturday in August. Even thought it was peak summer traffic, Joel invited us to meet at his showroom that same day. We explained the color and style we were interested in. Joel pulled out a couple samples and immediately presented us with exactly what we were looking for. He also helped us to better understand the different types of flooring and the pros and cons of each. He was at our house within a couple days to measure. We agreed to move forward and his crew went to work! In three day times, our whole home was transformed! The workmanship was flawless. His crew was extremely professional and handled everything from start to finish. They even moved the furniture and replaced it when they were done. We couldn’t be more satisfied. Joel was a joy to work with and we highly recommend his company. You won’t be disappointed.”
