“I was incredibly happy with them. We had gotten quotes from other companies and Roman Floors were almost $2000 less. Not only were they cheaper, we met with them on a Sunday so my wife and I could both be there. They were on time and very friendly. They were able to come the very next weekend and got our entire upstairs and 1 room downstairs done in one day. The guys who came for the install were very polite and even helped move some of the heavier furniture without me even asking. When they pulled up the carpet in some of the bedroom the padding had literally turned to dust. They swept and vacuumed it up with no complaints. All in all I was very happy with the customer service and the quality of the work.”
