“I had a relatively good experience with this store right up until the installers came to my house. One of the two people was friendly and accommodating. The other person was the rudest service professional I've ever encountered. I don't want to unleash on what seems like a respectable family run business, but my encounter with this person made the whole experience really unpleasant. As of today (April 12) the owner called to follow-up by apologizing for my experience and offering a discount on my next order. I appreciate that and will post again when I get the next room done.”
