In all seriousness, they do a great job at reasonable rates. No hidden fees or charges like the big box stores who we got quotes from. They make it simple - you choose the carpet and padding you want, and they give you the price. This is how it should be! We are selling our home now, and will have them replace the carpet before we list it. “I had R.E.O. install new carpeting upstairs and down within my newly-purchased south Charlotte townhome during the spring of 2016. Their service to me was first rate. They came to the house with plenty of samples and swatches to choose from, clearly presented my options and the pros and cons thereof, coordinated a time and day to get it done, and came to my house before move-in to lay down my choice of carpet with no issues whatsoever.
