“We have used Reliable Floor Coverings Inc in Edmonds 3 times in the past month. The in store personnel Chris & Amanda were friendly & helpful as we tried to decide on what we wanted & they have flooring samples to take home. Joe who came out to measure & do the bids was on time, friendly, asked pertinent questions and the bids accurately reflected what was to be done. First- Chris installed a new vinyl floor in our main bathroom after taking out a chunk of old damaged sub flooring & replacing it with new. Second- Bill came out and sanded/refinished our dining room and hall floors with a Swedish Finish. Third- Chris came back and installed a new living room carpet for us. They both have been doing flooring for years and know what they’re doing. They showed up on time, were courteous, listened to our concerns, and best of all the floors look great!”

“They gave me an ETA on the flooring shipment of about 3-4 weeks out and gave me a happy update after 2 weeks that it was expected early☺️. Very professional, responsible and cheerful every time I called for an update. My only ask is that they tell clients ahead of time about their 2-1/2% up charge if using a credit or debit card. I would have brought my checkbook, if I had known it would save me ~$100.”
