“We've dealt with A&J on several occasions for small jobs and they are great guys. The installers however managed to scratch every single door frame they passed and there are lumpy spots throughout the rooms. We chose from in stock carpeting, as we wanted it done sooner. Our carpet literally looks years old already not months and only looked new for maybe two months. No shoes on carpets, 2 adults and one child and they are vacuumed often with a brand new vacuum. Very disappointed in the wear.”
