“Lucas was amazing and professional throughout the entire process of changing the carpet on our stairs to wood. From the first meeting, to coming out same day as called to measure, proposal received next day, follow-up phone calls, etc. Could not have asked for a better experience, especially since the other 2 companies that we called were the exact opposite (one didn't show up for two appointments to measure and quote, the other didn't bother to follow up after taking two weeks to provide a proposal and then telling us that the product we chose was discontinued).”
