“Wow! Quality floors has done an awesome job for us with replacing all our floors with carpet and laminate. Heidi gave us so many options to help us stay within our budget. She is a wealth of knowledge. The flooring crews were very efficient and didn't waste material. They didn't destroy the mounding and the attention to detail was amazing. We were pleasantly surprised at the cleanup they did and just overall the work ethic we saw. We will not hesitate to use them again for future projects in our house. “We started our relationship with Quality Floors by having them replace the carpeting in the office and guest room of our new-to-us home. Heidi was super with helping us pick out the proper carpeting and pads and the installers were terrific. They were prompt, clean, and did an awesome job with the install, including moving a very heavy upright piano. Next on the list was replacing the backsplash in the kitchen. The previous one was a bit busy for us. We wanted to have more of an outdoorsy feel for our home, so we were looking for something that was rustic, but well finished (if that makes sense). Heidi was extremely patient with us as we tried sample after sample after sample. Her best advice was to keep going until we were truly satisfied. After literally months of trying various samples, we finally decided on one and Quality Floors took it from there. Glad we didn't settle. In the end, the tile we chose was much more in line with our budget and definitely more in line with our tastes. The install wasn't typical for a couple of reasons. First, we were adding cabinetry to a large opening. That required that the previous backsplash be removed, the new cabinets installed and then the new backsplash could be added. Quality Floors was very accommodating with this schedule. It looks months for the cabinets to come in, but once they were available, Quality scheduled the removal of the backsplash promptly, we had the new cabinets installed and Quality came back the next day to install the backsplash. The second thing that made this an untypical install was the tile itself. It looks like old barn wood and there were many variations of tiles - different "woods", different colors and different textures. The installer, Steve, was excited to do this project because it was so different and he was happy to have my husband and I be a part of deciding what goes where. We enjoyed working with him as a team (and were grateful that he didn't resent that approach). He had a great eye for design and color and we couldn't be happier with the end result. I highly recommend Quality Floors for their products, pricing and most especially for their staff. I'm looking forward to meeting with Heidi again in the not too distant future to work on updating our bathroom. I'm including a "before" and a couple of "afters".”
