Her product knowledge and warm personality made it easy for us to choose the right tile. She also made sure the installers would be available when we wanted the work to be done. They were finished in two days and did a beautiful job! Overall, we are very happy with our Quality Carpet experience!”

“I was a little put out when I rated quality carpet. If I could give Cindy 5 stars I would. She was great. I'm a firm believer in Customer service. I know I walked in a few minutes after opening. Cindy came and greeted us was helpful and polite. I just felt at the time that the others could have been courteous as well. That is not much to ask for. You have a beautiful establishment. “Quality Carpet is definitely a five star business, Kyle was extremely helpful showing us carpet that fit our needs, knowledgeable about the differences, he came to our home the same week to measure and give us a quote. The carpet was installed within a week and the installer, Kevin was amazing - moved all our furniture in three rooms, ripped out the old carpet, installed new and furniture back by he end of the day. What a worker! I highly recommend Quality Carpet, and the bonus is Kevin and Kyle!”
