“I was visiting my friend in Edmonton and they suggested me to visit PWF Floors as I was building a big showhome in Kelowna. As soon as I walked in, I had the vibe that this is a different place than the usual. I was impressed by the covid-19 measures they had in place such as temperatures checks, asking questions about my travel history, and providing mask s & sanitizer along with disposable gloves. I saw the staff disinfecting all samples that were being returned by customer and practicing social distancing, while dealing with customers. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and prompt to respond to any questions I had. Right from the hardwood,carpet, tiles and feature products were clearly explained to me along with all products were clearly marked with price tags. They had all the high end brands of tiles some of them I did not know existed. I really liked that their staff was Schluter, laticrete and NuHeat Certified. I was helped by Daya and Simran from interpreting my blueprints, designing, and Cad drawing. They arranged all the shipping and all items were clearly marked on the drawings for the installer to follow directions. The showhome turned out stunning and the complements from our clients are non-stop coming in. I would like to Thank PWF Floors for helping us stand out above our competition and in lieu they have earned all our future projects in residential and commercial. Thank you from all of us here.”
