“I LOVE MY NEW FLOORS! THE INSTALLERS DID A GREAT JOB. ONLY A FEW PROBLEMS THAT I HAVE TO LET EVERYONE KNOW ABOUT. • THE COMPANY IS JUST LIKE EVERY OTHER FLOORING COMPANY OUT THERE, THE ADVERTISEMENT LOOKS GOOD ON PAPER, BUT YOU WIND UP SPENDING MORE. •THEY WANT HALF OF THE COST OF THE JOB, UPFRONT. IN MY CASE, THEY GOT $700 BEFORE THEY STARTED THE JOB. I HAD TO WAIT SEVERAL WEEKS BEFORE THEY INSTALLED MY FLOORS. THEY’RE MAKING MONEY FROM YOU BEFORE THEY ACTUALLY START PUTTING YOUR NEW FLOORS IN. •YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. YOU WANT TO SPEND LESS, THEN YOU DON’T GET THE LATEST STYLES AND DESIGNS. OVERALL, I WOULD DEMAND THAT THEY INSTALL BEFORE THEY COLLECT ANY MONEY!”
