“Amazing job!! We attempted to contact Mr. Hardwood four times and never received a response. I spoke to a neighbor of mine who allowed me to see the work of Professional Installed Floors. I was immediately sold. Lee and his son provided us with amazing customer service. They were polite and professional. The pictures attached should speak for themselves. We had carpet replaced with hardwood and the rest of the home sanded and refinished. The price was affordable and the work was immaculate. We had a couple of issues at the end of the job and they were immediately addressed/corrected. No complaints here. I would definitely skip all of the others if you are looking to install floors.”

“I just had some flooring work done and am very pleased with my experience with this company. The owners Lee and Brenda are very involved in the process and are a pleasure to work with. Lee provided suggestions based on what I wanted to do, but he doesn't pressure you or recommend unnecessary work. I inquired about putting down some kilz and his response was that they could do it, but it'd probably be overall. They're honest hard working people and I would definitely call them again in the future for more flooring work.”
