“The sales staff was very patient with me! I was unsure what I wanted. After a few Q&A they show, and showed, and showed and, well you get the picture, and I got the perfect product. I felt their prices were very fairly priced and they were true to thier word about delivery. Kara annd Austin were amazing installers. They were kind and courteous, plus being very adapt at their craft. My floors look beautiful and I can't say enough things about my Pontrich exparience from beginning to end.”
