“I just wanted to give you all some insight on the experience with Phila Flooring Solutions. It was fantastic! From the initial call to the finished install. I wanted a good, durable LVP flooring. Thanks to Wilson who came out for the measure and suggested some different options. He was very extensive at explaining the differences and how it can be applied to my room. I went with the shaw Paladin plus and it turned out to be great. Thank you to the whole team. Jessika, Wilson and lastly Nixon and Javier for a quick install!!! “The end results of the work done were pretty good but the process of getting that work done was a nightmare. My kitchen floor is beautiful but doesn’t match the existing tile, because it’s not the color we picked or even the backup color we picked. They tried to do the same with the hardwood floor color throughout the entire house but that wasn’t negotiable. This was done after getting an initial deposit for 10k. Just not a good way to do business. Makes no sense to to be good at the hard part, doing the actual work, but run your company this way, not knowing what’s in stock or when your crews are available for installation. In fairness if I could give an extra half star, I would give 3.5, but I couldn’t give them 4/5.”

“We were tasked with trying to find a wood floor similar to our 100 year old quarter sawn heart pine to replace over 400 sq feet of rug and mismatched oak. Plus, they had to tear up the secondary layer of subfloor that was found underneath it all. They did all this in a timely and professional manner, and their pricing was by far the most competitive I found (and I shopped around)”
