“I have worked for 2 apartment complexes in the Boise area. I would not even consider going to any other company for either carpet cleaning or installation of carpet, linoleum, and LVP. They are always on time. They do the installation in a timely manner, and I am always pleased with the outcome. On top of the fact that their staff is always friendly and kind. Tim is always quick to get back to you to find out what your needs are. Brian is quick to get you a quote for any install. And makes sure to schedule it in the time frame needed. There was one instance where communications were crossed between a new resident and myself. We needed an installation done ASAP. I called the office and asked if there was any possibility of getting the installation done the same day. They came out that day and saved me from embarrassment, and saved the new resident from having to rent a hotel room. I can't say enough good things about PG Long, I recommend them for commercial, and residential cleaning or installation.”
