They have completed every install with great care to detail. Their work has been outstanding and the communication with their vendors is exceptional. “We have used PG Long for years and are always more than satisfied with not only the carpet cleanings/repairs, but with their friendly service as well. Tim has always been so attentive to every detail, including the adjustments needed to clean our berber carpet. He responds quickly, jumps through hoops to makes sure we are taken care of in a timely/efficient manner and always makes sure we are happy. Wouldn't trust our floors with anyone else!”
