“If I could give more than five stars I would!...My wife and I bought a house. Needing new floors (and alot of other work) we set out to find a few flooring contractor estimates. Perry Floors, being local to our previous home, and driving by it numerous times on one errand or another, the sign resonated in my memory. Though it was seemingly just a small "mom and pop" (They have sinced upsized to a bigger warehouse), it did not disappoint! The moment my wife and I walked in we were warmly greeted by Marissa, the apt and very capable woman behind the desk who handles all the ordering etc. Being new home buyers we were alittle overwhelmed with choices but she was very professional and helpful in calming our nerves a bit. Lol. Very patient...Then walked out Marc. Him and I seem to click right away, and he jumped in with Marissa and with only pictures we had taken of our home on our phones began helping us come to the best flooring ideas for us (carpet and laminate, as well as baseboards). Both of them very professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. Whats more, they weren't pushy in any way. They took an interest in our desires and needs and helped us find what fit us both aesthetically as well as financially. They werent set on selling us their most expensive brand to get a higher commission. If they were we would have walked right out, I assure you...Marc came out to the house personally to do the measurements and estimate. From that day forth he became my guy. Through converation I learned Perry Floors is a family owned and operated establishment (to which we fully support). Not only is everyone who runs the business operations part of the Perry family, but so to their customers are treated like family as well! From Marc taking my calls on his rest days to assuage my concerns (installation scheduling delayed by no fault of Perry floors but still willing to accommodate and make it work for us), to him giving me insight and advice. To meeting the owners Angie (a remarkable woman with a remarkable story) and Brian, who took the time to personally come out to our home during production to meet me and check on his guys. To the installers, Sal and Elias, (carpet), and Luis and Christian (hard floors), very hardworking, professional and great at what they do. Dianne the scheduler and all the workers behind the scenes whom we didnt get the pleasure to meet, we thank you for making this such an easy and great experience and making us feel like family...If youre reading this review in search of flooring advice/contractors, pay Marc a call, you wont regret it!”

“After a water leak we visited Perry Floors after searching for what we wanted. Angie and Brian were amazing. They assured us they could take care of all my worries. AND THEY DID. we have beautiful Luxury vinyl and baseboards through the entire house. The installers were very professional, moved everything, pointed out any problem areas, offered solutions and cleaned up their mess daily. Everyone was responsive to my requests with callbacks, texts, emails and dropping by the house to make sure everything was going smoothly. When cleaning after installation, I texted and Brian came up to the house with a floor cleaner within the hour and actually got down on the floor and sprayed and rubbed the residue.. Humberto and his installation crew were great and communicated daily the expectations. (I needed to move personal items off furniture and beds.) Love the floor, Love the baseboards. Love the service.”
