“100% We already had quotes from two other companies but were still confused and unsure about the quality of what we selected. Both companies were vague and not willing to educate us or compare their samples with the carpet we were replacing. So this was our third try and we are glad we didn’t settle. Still within our budget, Perfect Floor staff were extremely helpful in comparing quality and prices so we were confident in what we selected. They also explained warranties and how we could be assisted should the carpet wear prematurely as our current one did. The carpet we ended up purchasing from Perfect Floors is so much better than what we almost bought from the first two stores. Installers were polite, professional and left our home absolutely pristine two days in a row. They removed every scrap, which was nice as we expected a pile to be left at the curb. Both men went above and beyond and were pleasant to have in our home. They were respectful and carefully handled our furniture.
