“I have used Patina Studios to remove and replace all flooring in my entire home. Their entire team was conscientious and hard working. After completing that project I had them do my entire kitchen - from design to demolition to completion. I have no hesitation in giving them a 5 star rating. They were easy to work with and do exceptional work!”

I myself had problems with scheduling totally my fault as I had to change some of my plans and they were very helpful in rescheduling for me and follow up and reminders. “I was very happy with the final remodel of bathrooms, but it was a little rocky along the way. Beau and I were both new at this and he didn't point out some of the things that were going to be necessary. For example, my prior countertops were onyx with self sinks. This required ordering new sinks and hiring a plumber and I felt this should have been pointed out to me immediately. Also tile had to be taken out on the backsplash and that had not been done when the quartz installers initially arrived. They had to reschedule. It seemed contractors did not have a firm division of duties. There was also minor damage to the drywall when the tile was removed and repairing that took longer that it should have. It all turned out well but I felt it could have been smoother. I do have one suggestion. I think you should share the contractors names with the customers and vice versa so they can communicate if necessary for more efficient scheduling. Having said all this I would happily use Patina in the future and I'm confident my feedback will be heard and addressed. Thanks!”
