“We had the pleasure of working with Lenny, the general manager. We scheduled a home visit where he came out and took measurements and brought us samples based upon a “big box” brand/type we had mentioned at the time we scheduled the appointment. We didn’t even have to leave our home! The ordering process was seamless, and within a week, yes, a week, the product was sourced, and the installation team arrived and completed our four room and hallway project in one day. My husband and I were going to attempt the install ourselves, and we’d probably still be working on it! The installers were on a mission, and there to do their job. They were courteous, friendly, quick and knew what they were doing. If you are looking for an honest, professional and quality flooring company, with competitive pricing, look no further. We wish a rating higher than 5 stars was an option. We love our new floors!”
