“I can't say enough about P&Q! They put in hardwoods for us a year ago and were absolutely amazing...from helping us to pick out a stain to the quality of the work to the ability to coordinate timing with our kitchen remodel....they did a fantastic job. We recently had a flood and once again hired them to patch and redo our hardwood floors but also added two rooms of tile and LVP in our basement. They didn't disappoint the second time around. We worked with Rodney who is wonderful in helping with selection but also is always there to ensure the work is being done and that his customers are happy.”

The installers did a thorough job of preparing the subfloor before laying down the new one. Excellent clean up and attention to detail. The customer service was exceptional. P&Q had the flooring I was searching for (half inch hickory engineered hardwood) but also had a great selection of other flooring products. I worked with the owner, Stu Trau, and he was knowledgeable, accessible, and responsive. 1400 sf was installed in 2 days and the clean-up was bar none, right down to remaking my bed! We wanted a loop carpet and they had plenty on display. We chose a Shaw. Stu came out to measure the upstairs on the same day we visited the showroom..and I do believe within two weeks we had that carpet installed by a three wonderful installers...Seve being the head installer.
