“I went to the store with a small project in mind, Met with Justin and he had some great ideas which actually grew my project into something much larger. There was so many options to choose from and with me being picky person it took hours to select something I liked. When I came in he even stayed past closing to allow me to come in after work. He kept me updated as to availability of tile I selected & was patient with all my questions. He really went above & beyond to provide me the service I was seeking. I work in customer service myself so I know good service when I receive it. Justin really set Palm Tile ahead of any of the other tile businesses I looked at in town.”
