They provided design help in choosing a carpet that would compliment our décor, that was durable and beautiful and that makes caring for it easy. They were very patient when we had a construction delay. The installation was on time and flawless. We worked with Theresa Parker who did an outstanding job of customer service.”

“My experience with Owen Valley Flooring was one of the most pleasant remodeling projects for me - ever. I found the staff to be knowledgeable, helpful, professional and fun to work with. Many choices of flooring were available to me and the store is comfortable and welcoming. The installation crew were prompt for their appointment times, as well as, very good at what they do. I would high recommend the installation staff also. All in all, the time spent to make up mind on product, ideas shared and then the actual installation went smooth and easy. Remodeling can be tedious, but Owen Valley Flooring made the job so much easier.”

I shared my concerns with having a wood floor installed with our dog and she directed me to a product that has worked out very well. They are a bit out of the way but worth the drive.”
