“I had an excellent experience with Outlook Flooring. The estimator, Angie, was accurate and quoted a price that was very favorable, especially as compared with the Charlotte flooring businesses which I had contacted. The product that I wanted had been discontinued, but Angie was able to find it. Charlotte businesses made no effort to do that. The installer, Alvin, was presented with a room with many different angles. He completed it in good time and did excellent work. I would definitely recommend choosing Outlook Flooring.”

“Bought and for a first had installed two bedroom floors. Interlocking vinyl waterproof look really nice and competitively priced with dozen other stores management dragged me too. The installer Alvin did a quick clean install good guy excellent job, highly recommend.”

“We dealt with Outlook Flooring in Monroe, N.C. for porcelain tile for backsplash and flooring for kitchen and laundry rooms. Carmen was a joy to work. She listened to what I wanted and had so much patience as I searched through the many samples. She answered questions and provided honest advice and great recommendations. I wish I had known about Outlook Flooring in Monroe when I had the bathroom redone earlier this year as my experience with another tile vendor in Charlotte was wrought with issues. I will return when ready to do new flooring or carpeting in the bedrooms.”

Adam was also helpful in working with us on the best type flooring for our needs. Angie was great to work with with the billing, scheduling and answering questions. The work was completed on time. Great job with the installation. The installers were helpful in helping us decide some little issues and went out of their way to help us get a great installation. All trash was removed at the end of the job. Would definitely use them again.”
