The custom design for the tile and countertops in our home will make it inviting and functional for decades to come. All this OWSI has done during a pandemic where supplies are unpredictable (and with a client who works at a hospital...making myself a little stressed, difficult and crazy, they have been very professional-thank you ❤️).”

“We loved the quality of the carpet. The installers did a good job and completed it when promised. The one issue we had was that the prices shown on the website did not match those quoted and the staff could not explain the difference.”

“Experience was okay. Everytime an estimator came, the price went up but out understanding of the job stayed the same. Appointments for people coming to our house were usually late--including those first thing in the morning. I stayed in the house the day of the installation. It was a nightmare! I couldn't get anything done because of the racket. But it was only a day and the installers did a great job. Our second invoice seemed to get lost. I finally went in and said that I needed to pay a second half payment. This was two weeks after installation. Overall, we are very happy and would come back again. Thanks for your help.”
